Terms of Use

Last Updated: June 21, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to CC Space, a Canton network explorer, monitoring, alerting, wallet-related, API, and developer tooling platform operated by ITRocket ("ITRocket", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CC Space and related services operated by ITRocket (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

CC Space is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Digital Asset, any validator, super-validator, application provider, or other third party shown in the Services. "Canton" is a trademark of Digital Asset (Switzerland) GmbH.

2. What CC Space Provides

CC Space may provide access to some or all of the following features:

  • Canton network explorer and public blockchain data;
  • validator, governance, transaction, party, contract, and application analytics;
  • monitoring dashboards and alerting tools;
  • APIs, API keys, developer tools, and data endpoints;
  • notification integrations, including email, Telegram, Slack, PagerDuty, webhooks, or similar channels;
  • subscription-based features, paid usage, and internal service credit functionality;
  • non-custodial wallet-related functionality.

We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, including free, paid, beta, or experimental features.

3. Accounts and Access

Some parts of the Services may require an account, authentication provider, subscription, API key, or other access credential.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, devices, sessions, API keys, passwords, and authentication methods.

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account and must not impersonate another person or entity.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms, creates risk for the Services or other users, or may violate applicable law.

4. Non-Custodial Wallet Functionality

CC Space may provide access to non-custodial wallet functionality.

ITRocket does not store, retain, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, recovery keys, downloaded backup files, or other wallet credentials.

We cannot initiate, approve, reverse, recover, or otherwise control transactions on your behalf.

CC Space wallet functionality is designed primarily for accessing and paying for the Services. The Services do not provide a full wallet interface, including withdrawals, transfers, recovery, or other asset-management functionality. You should only transfer to or use a CC Space wallet with amounts that you intend to use for the Services.

You are solely responsible for securely storing your wallet credentials and maintaining access to your wallet. Loss of private keys, seed phrases, recovery keys, backup files, passwords, devices, or passkeys may result in permanent and irreversible loss of wallet access.

You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details before signing or submitting any transaction.

5. Credits, Conversions, Subscriptions, and Paid Usage

The Services may allow users to convert Canton Coin into internal CC Space service credits.

Credits are internal, non-transferable service units used only within CC Space for subscriptions, API usage, alerts, or other paid features.

Credits are not money, stored value, electronic money, deposits, securities, or investment products. Credits do not earn interest and are not intended for trading, resale, transfer, withdrawal, redemption, or external use.

Credits are final, non-refundable, non-redeemable, non-withdrawable, and cannot be exchanged back for Canton Coin, fiat currency, or any other asset.

Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, resold, or used outside the Services.

Unused credits may be subject to limits or additional rules disclosed in the Services.

You are responsible for reviewing applicable fees, rates, limits, subscription terms, and usage charges before making a conversion or using paid features.

We may change pricing, plans, credit rates, limits, or paid features from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required for security, legal, operational, or anti-abuse reasons.

6. Public Blockchain Data

CC Space indexes, displays, analyzes, and processes publicly available blockchain and ledger data, which may include addresses, transactions, validator information, governance activity, contract data, application data, party identifiers, and other on-chain records.

Such data is public by design and is sourced from blockchain and ledger networks that are not controlled by ITRocket. Blockchain data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, reorganized, incorrectly indexed, or temporarily unavailable. CC Space is provided for informational purposes only, and you should independently verify any blockchain data before relying on it.

7. Alerts, Notifications, and Integrations

CC Space may allow you to configure alerts, notifications, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

You are responsible for ensuring that notification destinations, webhook URLs, bot credentials, routing keys, escalation settings, and integration configurations are accurate, secure, and authorized.

Alerts and notifications are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that any alert, notification, webhook, or integration will be delivered, delivered on time, or free from errors.

You are solely responsible for monitoring any systems, wallets, validators, applications, or infrastructure that you operate or rely on.

8. APIs and Developer Tools

If you use CC Space APIs, API keys, SDKs, exports, or developer tools, you must:

  • keep API keys and credentials confidential;
  • use the APIs within published limits, documentation, and fair-use rules;
  • not bypass rate limits, access controls, or usage restrictions;
  • not resell, re-host, sublicense, or repackage the Services or bulk-exported data without our prior written permission;
  • not use the Services in a way that disrupts, overloads, or harms our infrastructure or other users.

We may throttle, limit, suspend, rotate, or revoke API access or API keys at any time for security, operational, legal, billing, or anti-abuse reasons.

We may modify, deprecate, or discontinue API endpoints, schemas, datasets, or documentation at any time.

9. No Financial, Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice

The Services are provided for informational and operational purposes only.

Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, trading, staking, validator, or other professional advice.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, transactions, tax obligations, regulatory obligations, and use of any blockchain network, wallet, asset, validator, application, or third-party service.

10. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • violate applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, or third-party rights;
  • misuse, disrupt, overload, scan, probe, attack, or attempt to compromise the Services;
  • bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, billing systems, or access controls;
  • use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated systems except as permitted through our published APIs and limits;
  • reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law;
  • use the Services to transmit malware, spam, phishing content, or abusive traffic;
  • impersonate another person or entity;
  • use the Services to conceal illegal activity, fraud, or unauthorized access;
  • interfere with other users' use of the Services.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where appropriate.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may include links to, data from, or integrations with third-party websites, wallets, applications, infrastructure providers, messaging platforms, analytics providers, or blockchain services.

Third-party services are not controlled by ITRocket and operate under their own terms, policies, fees, risks, and security practices.

ITRocket is not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, accuracy, security, content, actions, omissions, or handling of your data.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. Property

All elements of the Services, including software, interfaces, design, content, documentation, APIs, and branding, remain the property of ITRocket or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Under these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

Use of the Services beyond the rights granted in these Terms is permitted only as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

13. User Content and Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, labels, notes, configurations, watchlists, names, descriptions, or other content through the Services, you represent that you have the right to do so.

You grant ITRocket a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and process such content solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services.

We may remove user-submitted content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

14. Service Availability and Changes

The Services are provided on a best-effort basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, availability, accuracy, completeness, compatibility, or error-free operation.

The Services may be delayed, unavailable, degraded, limited, or discontinued due to maintenance, upgrades, outages, network issues, third-party failures, blockchain issues, security incidents, legal requirements, or other reasons.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your specific needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ITRocket and its team, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, credits, tokens, assets, private keys, wallet access, or other losses arising from or related to your use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ITRocket’s total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to ITRocket for the Services in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations of liability, so some of the above provisions may not apply to you. In such cases, liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ITRocket and its team, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your use or misuse of the Services;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
  • your transactions, wallet activity, API usage, integrations, or user-submitted content.

17. Export Control and Sanctions

You may use the Services only if your access and use comply with applicable export control, sanctions, and related laws. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where necessary for legal, compliance, security, or risk-management reasons.

18. Age Requirement

The Services are intended for users aged 18 or older.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

19. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Services.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.

20. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, including accounts, API keys, credits, integrations, or paid features, if:

  • you violate these Terms;
  • your use creates security, legal, operational, billing, or reputational risk;
  • your use may harm the Services, ITRocket, other users, or third parties;
  • we are required to do so by law or by a third-party provider;
  • we discontinue the Services or any part of them.

Termination or suspension does not limit any rights or remedies available to ITRocket under these Terms or applicable law.

The following sections survive any termination or expiration of these Terms: Credits, Conversions, Subscriptions, and Paid Usage; Public Blockchain Data; APIs and Developer Tools (confidentiality and restrictions); Intellectual Property; Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity; Export Control and Sanctions; Governing Law and Dispute Resolution; and Miscellaneous.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms or Privacy Policy from time to time.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, additional notice within the Services.

Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the competent courts of the Cayman Islands, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

23. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with any additional terms posted in the Services and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ITRocket regarding the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our rights.
